Backstage of Cleopatra at IFF

Inedited backstage of “Cleopatra” was found and will be projected exclusively for Ischia Film Festival spectators.

The third night of the festival was opened by a special footage: a inedited backstage of “Cleopatra”, shot in Ischia in 1961 by Joseph Leo Mankiewicz and interpreted  by Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton

A rare document characterized by silent but meaningful sceenes. A little diary of the filming of one of the kolossal that made the story of Holliwood in Ischia.
